Less than 5 months until volleyball practice commences (3 months until camps begin). Start preparing now. Set your goals and create a plan of how you will achieve them. The most improvement is made in the off season. BFS is mandatory focus on your goals while training. Do not become sedentary, the less you do, the farther behind you become. Don’t try to play catch up during camps or the day before the season starts. EXCUSES for not being physically ready will NOT be ACCEPTED.
